Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10–12 hours per shift), Walk the floor extensively, averaging 10,000+ steps per day, Lift and move items up to 20 lbs regularly throughout the shift, Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and repetitive motion
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5+ years supervising warehouse or fulfillment operations, directly managing hourly associates in high-volume environments, Proven experience leading teams on the floor during active shifts, real-time staffing decisions, performance management, issue resolution, Hands-on experience across core fulfillment workflows—picking, packing, shipping, and inventory movement, Experience using WMS and/or ERP systems, Track record of improving team performance against operational metrics, Experience building and reinforcing SOPs and training programs, Comfortable handling employee relations issues, documenting performance concerns, partnering with HR on escalations, Available to work Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00am–6:30pm consistently, Comfortable and enthusiastic about working in an AI-forward environment
