What You'll Achieve.
Ensure service levels are being met pertaining to production goals and quality daily; Ensure associates are productive and successful; Perform at or above expected service levels
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years supervisory experience in a Distribution Center environment, Able to prioritize while delegating accordingly, Ability to prepare and analyze reports for production and quality, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Strives to exceed all company requirements and industry standards related to the job, Promotes a professional work environment at all times, Can train, develop and motivate associates to become successful
What You'll Do.
Meet all service level requirements
Monitor workflow pertaining to receiving department
Responsible for performance related to meeting/exceeding company standards
Hold associates accountable
Ensure standards are always maintained
Maintain and issue all paperwork related to performance
Train and give recognition to associates
and organized work environment
Provide excellent customer service
Responsible for daily staffing needs
Transfer of hours out of and into the department
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Provide training, development, and leadership to ensure associates are productive and successful; Work with Sr Operations Manager
