Experience in order fulfillment, Experience in logistics, Experience in supply chain roles, Analytical skills, Problem solving skills, Manage high order volumes, Manage exceptions, Work cross-functionally, Work under pressure, Deal with conflict, Knowledge of B2B platforms, Knowledge of wholesale platforms, Knowledge of e-commerce platforms

Oversee fulfillment process
Support fulfillment process
Ensure accurate fulfillment
Ensure efficient fulfillment
Ensure timely fulfillment
Meet customer requirements
Work with warehouse teams
Work with transportation teams
Lead execution of B2B orders
Ensure on-time deliveries
Ensure in-full deliveries
Support EDI maintenance
Ensure accuracy of data transmission
Identify gaps in process
Correct gaps in process
Own order exception management
Manage delivery failures
Manage transportation execution
Track lost package claims
Submit lost package claims
Support carrier issue resolution
Resolve transmission issues
Resolve New Product setup issues
Resolve shipping method issues
Support onsite continuous improvement projects
Ensure successful transmission to 3PLs
Meet OTIF Service Level Agreement
Coordinate bulk shipments
Coordinate wholesale shipments
Maintain B2B order status trackers
Support operational visibility
