What You'll Achieve.
ensuring the operation runs safely, efficiently, and on schedule; maintain throughput targets; minimize downstream operational disruption; balance employee experience, safety, productivity, and business needs; improve productivity, inventory accuracy, workflow efficiency, and shift-to-shift consistency; ensure alignment across the fulfillment center; monitor performance trends; prioritize resources; improve execution across the building; compliance, operational discipline, and accountability are embedded into daily team management and floor operations

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of people leadership experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations, 3–5+ years operating at the Operations Manager level leading supervisors or manager-level leaders in high-volume environments, Deep experience in DTC or e-commerce fulfillment operations with high-volume unit-pick workflows, Proven experience leading large hourly workforces of 150+ employees across multiple operational functions including fulfillment, inbound receiving, inventory, returns, or kitting, operational leadership experience inside fast-moving startup, scale-up, or high-growth environments, Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams with empathy and consistency, Proven ability to drive accountability and manage employee relations situations with fairness, consistency, and sound judgment, Experienced using warehouse management systems (WMS) to manage operational performance, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, and workflow optimization, Comfortable working highly visible, floor-driven shifts that require extensive walking, real-time coaching, and fast operational decision-making across a 10+ hour shift, command of operational KPIs including productivity, quality, safety, throughput, and labor efficiency, with a track record of improving measurable performance outcomes

Experience with HighJump/Koerber is strongly preferred
