VOSKER, leading provider of surveillance solutions for remote-area monitoring, is recruiting talent to support its Reconeyez solutions. Every day, we design intelligent, autonomous, solar-powered and cellular-connected surveillance systems for the world’s most demanding environments, providing consumers and businesses with peace of mind and greater knowledge of their world. About the Role This is a hands-on operations role at the center of how Reconeyez delivers products and serves customers. You’ll manage our direct-to-customer fulfillment operation out of our Austin office, own the order-to-cash process for our customer base, and be the operational backbone of a small, fast-moving team. We’re a scaling business, and this role is built to grow with us, starting with strong ownership of physical fulfillment and warehouse operations, and expanding over time toward customer billing, order management, and broader operational responsibilities. What You’ll Do * Own inbound and outbound shipments, receiving inventory, processing customer orders, coordinating carriers, and tracking deliveries * Manage our small warehouse: organization, inventory accuracy, and stock levels * Handle customer-facing order and billing inquiries; invoices, payments, and account questions * Process orders and maintain accurate records in our CRM and operations systems * Improve operational workflows as the business grows and our fulfillment model evolves * Support the broader team with operational and administrative tasks as needed What Success Looks Like * Shipments and inventory are handled accurately and on time * Customers get timely, professional responses to order and billing questions * The team is supported and unblocked * Nothing falls through the cracks * You’re improving processes, not just maintaining them ## Qualifications
