What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a High School diploma / GED with at least 9 years of experience in Supply Chain), Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain (ideally Fulfillment)
Nice to Have
Experience in complex manufacturing supply chain environments, such as Aerospace, Experience leading teams, including talent development, performance management, and organizational planning, Demonstrated experience managing and improving operational metrics such as on-time delivery, past-due, and inventory, Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution, manage escalations, and drive recovery plans in a fast-paced operating environments, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present performance and risk information to senior leadership, track record of achieving delivery and fulfillment targets, including improvements in OTD and past-due performance, Demonstrated success building team capability, engagement, and skills coverage, Experience driving standard work adherence, audit closure, and sustainable process improvement, Ability to translate business priorities into action plans and deliver measurable results through disciplined execution
