Lead and mentor a team of pharmacy technicians by providing hands-on coaching

Oversee technician onboarding
and ongoing skills development to ensure compliance with SOPs and operational excellence
Support scheduling and staffing needs to ensure appropriate shift coverage and workflow continuity
Ensure pharmacy fulfillment workflows—including picking
and shipping—are executed accurately
and in accordance with established timelines
Act as the primary point of contact for daily operational issues on the floor
escalating concerns to pharmacy leadership as appropriate
Operate and troubleshoot pharmacy automation equipment
