Key job responsibilities - Process and track technology fulfillment orders for new site launches, ensuring order accuracy and timely submission across all active projects. - Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and logistics partners, following up proactively to prevent delays that could impact go-live dates. - Monitor inventory levels across active launch portfolios, flagging shortages or discrepancies before they affect construction or deployment timelines. - Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across order management and inventory systems, ensuring data integrity for reporting and decision-making. - Provide cross-functional teams with regular fulfillment status updates, supporting issue escalation and resolution as needed.
