Full Job Description
You'll be on the front lines of technology fulfillment for new Amazon sites — making sure every order is placed, tracked, and delivered so new facilities open complete and on schedule. If you want a role where your day-to-day execution work has visible, immediate impact on Amazon's ability to grow its operations network, this is it. As a Fulfillment Execution Specialist, you'll support the technology supply chain for new site launches across Europe. Your focus is execution: processing orders accurately, tracking shipments in real time, coordinating with suppliers, and making sure inventory is where it needs to be before construction teams need it. You'll work within a team of specialists contributing directly to on-time, in-full delivery for every launch in your portfolio. The work is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and directly tied to whether a new facility opens on the date it was promised. Key job responsibilities - Process and track technology fulfillment orders for new site launches, ensuring order accuracy and timely submission across all active projects. - Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and logistics partners, following up proactively to prevent delays that could impact go-live dates. - Monitor inventory levels across active launch portfolios, flagging shortages or discrepancies before they affect construction or deployment timelines. - Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across order management and inventory systems, ensuring data integrity for reporting and decision-making. - Provide cross-functional teams with regular fulfillment status updates, supporting issue escalation and resolution as needed. A day in the life You start the day reviewing your open order queue — confirming submissions, verifying expected delivery dates, and noting any at-risk lines. Mid-morning, you're following up on shipments with suppliers and updating delivery trackers. In the afternoon, you're reconciling inventory data, generating status reports for active launches
