What You'll Achieve.
ensuring all product arrives at our Calibration lab on time and in a state ready for calibration; support the demand with consideration of ship dates; ensure delivery to customer expectations

organizational and personal time management skills, Excellent attention to detail, problem solving skills, Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, Excellent communication skills, basic proficiency in technical concepts, Thorough knowledge of ERP systems, Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams), 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment, 2 years of ERP systems experience
Nice to Have
Previous Quality and Planning experience, 2 years of experience with F/T products
What You'll Do.
Check sales order shipment schedule daily
Review work orders on shop floor manager
Verify parts for Sales Orders
Perform Final Inspection for work orders
Consolidate FT Sales Order for shipping
Maintain FT Kanban inventory
Issue FT components to work centers
Resolve FT sales order issues
Provide strategy/recovery plans for shortages
Perform Quality inspections on parts
Prepare F/T Sensors for calibration
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Inside Sales and Planning departments; Interface closely with Production / Engineering / Inventory Control / Shipping; Create and maintain excellent working relationships with groups supplying product; Work closely with production and planning
