Must Have
Minimum of 1 year experience in a FSQA role or other QA type experience, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Proficiency in completing Tyson paperwork, Leadership abilities to motivate the hourly workforce, Problem identification and problem-solving skills, Solid math and organizational skills, Ability to read and interpret product specifications, Ability to function well under stress, Flexibility to work in various locations and schedules as needed, Heavy lifting (40 lbs. or more), May include lifting, standing, and walking for long periods of time
Nice to Have
1 year experience in a FSQA role preferred or other QA type experience

Perform physical and visual inspections of products

Document and calculate inspection results
Report findings to management
Take corrective actions
Alert personnel to adjust processes
Identify non-conforming products
Segregate non-conforming products
Isolate non-conforming products
Contribute to overall success of operations
