Lifting materials and products up to 75 pounds, Use of steel-toed work boots, Use of hardhats, Use of safety glasses, Use of hairnets, Use of beard nets, Use of smocks, Cell phones not permitted on factory floor, Jewelry not permitted on factory floor, Stand on hard surface for up to 12 hours per day, Work in cold/hot temperatures typically ranging from 30-90 degrees Fahrenheit, Work in wet environment, Repetitive bending, reaching, squatting, gripping, pushing and pulling, Reach high and low levels frequently, Climb step ladders and or stairs, Work overtime and weekends as needed

Must Have
Minimum of 1 year experience in the food manufacturing industry OR related Quality Assurance type experience, Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork, Ability to lead by example and motivate the hourly workforce, Good problem identification and problem-solving skills, Math and organizational skills, Ability to read and interpret product specifications, Must function well under stress, Must have flexibility to work where and when needed, Must be willing and able to lift up to 75 lbs, Ability to stand on hard surface for up to 12 hours per day, Must work in cold/hot temperatures typically ranging from 30-90 degrees Fahrenheit, Must be able to work in wet environment, Repetitive bending, reaching, squatting, gripping, pushing and pulling, Must be able to reach high and low levels frequently, Ability to climb step ladders and or stairs, Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed, Position will require Lock Out Tag Out certification

Perform physical and visual inspections of products
Document and calculate results accurately
Take corrective action when necessary
Alert personnel to adjust processes
Isolate non-conforming products
Report results to management
Handle additional assignments as requested
