1-year experience in Fresh Meats industry, Communicate effectively in ALL Areas, Lift up to 50 lbs, Stand on hard surface up to 12 hours, Work in cold/hot temperatures, Work in wet environment, Repetitive bending, reaching, squatting, Reach high and low levels, Climb step ladders, Work overtime and weekends, Lock Out Tag Out certification

Nice to Have

High School Graduate or equivalent, College or technical school a plus, Fresh Meats industry experience, QA type experience, Relevant education

What You'll Do.

Examine carcasses post-mortem

Pre-sort carcasses on conveyor line

Determine carcass fitness for consumption

Perform physical pre-sortation

Perform visual pre-sortation

Conduct pre-sortation of organs

Verify condition of organs

Verify condition of lymph nodes

Verify condition of cervical visceral

Verify condition of rail pre-sortation

Address pre-sortation issues

Assist with post-mortem pre-sortation

Maintain associated parts for disposition
