Why this program and role matter The Exness Engineering Bootcamp is a multi-rotational engineering program designed for high-potential Middle Engineers who want to gain first-hand experience across different products, teams and engineering domains at Exness before making a long-term team decision. Through real engineering work, mentorship and exposure to multiple areas of the business, participants build a deeper understanding of where their skills, interests and strengths can create the greatest impact. The primary goal of this role is to contribute to the development of high-quality, maintainable front-end features that improve the user experience of Exness products. By learning Exness’ frameworks, collaborating with peers, and applying coding best practices under guidance, the engineer builds a strong foundation in front-end development. The role focuses on delivering assigned tasks, ensuring code quality, and growing technical expertise while gaining independence over time. This opportunity is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus and is open to candidates currently living in Cyprus.
