## Accountabilities Lead and mentor a distributed frontend engineering team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture Provide technical leadership across frontend architecture, ensuring best practices in performance, scalability, and maintainability Contribute to system design and architectural decisions for complex web applications and frontend ecosystems Drive end-to-end delivery of features from requirements gathering through to deployment in production environments Conduct code reviews and provide actionable feedback to maintain high engineering standards and support team development Manage performance, coaching, and career development of team members through structured feedback and mentoring Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and product quality Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration and aligned delivery Requirements: 8+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in modern frontend technologies (Vue, React, or Angular) 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role, including mentoring and performance management responsibilities Strong hands-on experience with Vue ecosystem technologies such as Vuex, Vue Router, and component-based architecture Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and frontend build tools such as Webpack Experience with CSS preprocessors such as Less or Sass and strong understanding of responsive UI development Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Playwright and modern frontend quality assurance practices Exposure to backend technologies (e.g., Java, Spring Boot) is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders Proven ability to work in fast-moving, Agile environments with distributed teams Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences Benefits: Competitive s
