Participate in our on-call rotation, available at all times while on-call to help respond to and triage any issues that arise, Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week, with a focus on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of professional software development experience, experience with TypeScript, JavaScript and React, experience with Node.js, experience working with legacy codebases, speak English proficiently, oriented for solving problems regardless of technology - small modifications of Java or PHP will happen time to time

Collaborate closely with designers to ensure a visually appealing and user-friendly experience in the application
Compose written specifications and documentation for software projects
Plan and effectively execute on project and quarterly deliverables
Participate actively in code reviews to ensure high code quality
and adherence to best practices

Attend and engage in weekly stand-ups
Participate in our on-call rotation
