Preference for role to be based either in-office or remote in the following locations: UK, Germany, Switzerland or Ireland, May also be able to support remote workers in other locations across Europe subject to compliance and right to work checks, full-time employment only, no contractors possible, 25 days of leave + local holidays, Only sponsor VISA if you are in the UK/EU country already and need support
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in activation, conversion, monetization, or PLG systems, Experience building or significantly extending experimentation infrastructure, Experience with A infrastructure, instrumentation, and metrics pipelines
Nice to Have
Experience with viral mechanics, sharing loops, or team-expansion features

Work full-stack across the Growth surface: activation flows and onboarding
self-serve and freemium infrastructure
pricing and packaging mechanics
PQL-to-enterprise funnels
viral and sharing loops
Build and extend the team's experimentation platform
constructing A infrastructure
and metrics pipelines
prioritize the highest-leverage work
make clear trade-offs between experimentation velocity and long-term scalability
translate ambiguous business problems into clean technical solutions
define what gets built
