You will work with independence on complex UI tasks, contribute across multiple project areas, and actively support junior team members. If you enjoy hands-on problem-solving, care about craft, and are curious about how AI is reshaping frontend development, this role is for you. ****Key Responsibilities**** * Discovery & Requirements: Participate in discovery sessions to understand department needs and translate them into frontend solutions, bridging stakeholders and development teams. * Design System & Components: Build, document, and maintain reusable UI components, ensuring they follow design principles, accessibility standards, and are optimized for AI-assisted workflows. * Frontend Development: Independently write and maintain complex frontend code in OutSystems (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript), ensuring performance, cross-browser compatibility, and WCAG compliance. * OutSystems Expertise: Utilise OutSystems to build, customise, and optimise frontend components. * AI-Augmented Development: Use AI coding assistants to accelerate development, validate output against quality standards, and share effective AI practices with the team. * Testing & Quality: Design and execute testing strategies (unit, integration, acceptance), participate in code reviews, and resolve frontend issues independently. * Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve frontend issues and bugs efficiently
