Must Have
Proven experience building direct response landing pages and advertorials for paid traffic campaigns, understanding of conversion-focused design and copywriting principles, Experience with Webflow, Shopify, Replo, or similar landing page builders, Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript, Experience with CRO and experimentation tools such as VWO, Convert, or similar platforms, Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity, Understanding of funnel structures including pre-sell pages, landing pages, upsells, and checkout flows, Experience working in agency or startup environments with rapid iteration cycles, Ability to work independently and execute quickly with minimal hand-holding, attention to detail and ownership mindset
Nice to Have
Basic understanding of SEO/AEO best practices is a plus, Familiarity with paid media ecosystems such as Meta Ads and Google Ads is preferred

Acting as an extension of their clients’ in-house growth teams, they specialize in rapid testing, high-converting funnels, and data-driven experimentation to drive measurable revenue growth. ### Job Summary We’re hiring a highly execution-focused Front-End Engineer with a strong direct response mindset to help launch and optimize landing pages, advertorials, and conversion funnels for high-growth DTC brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands how paid traffic and landing pages work together, and can rapidly bring ideas from concept to live deployment.
