Front End Developer Lead Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Experience Required: 8+ Years Department: Technology / Digital Commerce Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: 2 PM – 11 PM **About the Role** As a Frontend Developer Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance eCommerce storefronts. You will work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, designers, backend engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless and engaging digital customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities**  Define and maintain the frontend architecture for enterprise-grade eCommerce platforms built with React, Next.js, or other modern frameworks.  Lead the technical evaluation and implementation of eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Commercetools, SAP Commerce, or similar.  Collaborate with backend teams to design and build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices integrations (ERP, CMS, OMS, Payment Gateways).  Manage and mentor frontend teams, fostering collaboration and driving coding excellence, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.  Engage with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to translate business goals into digital solutions.  Enforce security best practices and performance tuning for production-grade web applications.  Ensure solutions are modular, maintainable, and scalable across multiple geographies and brands. **Required Skills & Qualifications**  8–10 years of experience in frontend development with at least 3+ years in architectural or lead roles.  Hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and modern build pipelines (Webpack, Vite, etc.).  Deep understanding of eCommerce business workflows, shopping carts, product catalogs, checkout flows, promotions, and customer accounts.  Proven track record in implementing or integrating with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Commercetools, or other he
