Answering incoming calls
and redirecting calls to the appropriate person or department

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, answering phone calls, and managing appointments and inquiries. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will also be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the front desk area. This includes keeping the area clean and tidy, restocking supplies, and ensuring that all displays are properly arranged. As our store can get very busy at times, you must be able to work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively. Strong communication skills are also essential, as you will be interacting with a diverse range of customers and colleagues on a daily basis. Overall, we are looking for a friendly and proactive individual who is passionate about providing a luxury experience for our customers. After all, our customer experience is what sets us apart from our competitors.
