What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years of front office or guest services supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality environment, leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage a team effectively, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and management, Proficiency in property management systems, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes, Ability to manage guest issues and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner, Experience with scheduling, training, and staff development, organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure smooth front office operations

Oversee daily front office operations

Ensure guest reception

and telephone services

Support Front Office Manager

Supervise front office team

Maintain service standards

Ensure guests are greeted

and allocated rooms promptly

Oversee adherence to check-in procedures

Handle guest problems or complaints

Ensure rooms are maintained to company standards

Maximize room occupancy

Maintain effective communication between departments

Ensure all guest charges are accurately entered

Supervise and expedite check-out process

Ensure efficient delivery and collection of luggage

Oversee and maintain cleanliness in front office areas

Conduct performance evaluations

Identify training needs for staff

Act as Duty Manager when required

Attend management meetings

Maintain effective communication between reservations, front office, and other departments such as housekeeping; Interact with staff and management
