2+ years front office supervisory experience, 2+ years guest services supervisory experience, Hotel or hospitality environment experience, Leadership and supervisory skills, Manage a team effectively, Excellent communication skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, Interact with guests, staff, and management, Proficiency in property management systems, Proficiency in reservations systems, Proficiency in check-in/check-out processes, Manage guest issues, Resolve complaints professionally, Resolve complaints timely, Experience with scheduling, Experience with training, Experience with staff development, Organizational skills, Attention to detail
