Why this vacancy is available As our Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and managing the team in all aspects of the Front Office and work along with them. With your sparkling personality and your hands-on mentality, you provide the ultimate experience for our guests and your team. This is what you’re going to do * Together with your team, you will ensure our guests will have the most heartfelt service. * You will supervise the team of Front Office Agents and Trainees. * You will be working closely with the housekeeping, maintenance and F&B department. * Welcoming and guiding guests, conference guests and group leaders. * Assist the daily operations on different departments. * Handling complaints according to procedure. ## Requirements This is why you are the best candidate * Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor is required. * Ability to communicate in Spanish/English. * Be proactive, dynamic, and have a positive attitude. * You are a team leader.
