Minor Hotels AU & NZ is a proud leader in strata titled accommodation management with numerous Hotels, Resorts and Residential Apartment buildings throughout Australia and New Zealand. Oaks Brisbane Festival Suites are looking for a full time Front Office Supervisor who brings proven front office experience, leadership qualities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences to join the team. Key Responsibilities Include: * Lead and support the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a warm welcome for all guests. * Serve as a role model, sharing your expertise and continuously motivating the team to achieve high standards of service. * Oversee the completion of daily tasks, ensuring they are executed accurately and in a timely manner. * Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently, ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out experience. * Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. Shift Details (subject to change): * Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday * Shift times scheduled within 7:00am to 11:00pm * Immediate start available ## Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have: * Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team; prior supervisory experience is highly regarded. * Extensive background in the hospitality indust
