By joining our team, you will be part of a renowned hospitality brand that is dedicated to delivering luxury accommodations and unforgettable experiences across Greece's most stunning destinations. ### Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the activities of front office staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. * Ensure guest check-in and check-out processes are handled efficiently and accurately. * Provide exceptional guest service and handle guest complaints with professionalism and urgency. * Train and motivate front office employees to maintain excellent service standards. * Maintain communication with other hotel departments to optimize guest satisfaction. * Monitor front office procedures to comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. **Requirements** * At least 3 years of experience as a front office agent within the luxury hotel industry. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office. * Experience with the Protel system will be considered an asset. * Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. * Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset * Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred. **Benefits** * Competitive salary and other benefits * Advanced Opportunities for professional growth * Accommodation (if necessary) and Board * Transportation costs * Participation in educational programs
