Minimum 3 years’ experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization, Mandarin speaking is required

What You'll Do.

Supervise a given shift at the Front Desk

Welcome and register hotel guests

Explain accommodations and establish credit

Check guest out of the hotel

Prepare and explain the bill

Respond to guest requests

Arrange for luggage to be delivered

Issue correct keys to the guest

Ascertain guest satisfaction

Present bill to guest

Settle bill accurately

Maintain a balanced bank

Exchange foreign currency

Reconcile all transactions

Update desk collateral and information

Handle guest interactions with professionalism

Accommodate special requests

Resolve customer inquiries

Utilize computer systems

Store and retrieve guest luggage

changes and cancellations

Answer guest calls and direct them

Greet guests and escort them to rooms

Deliver luggage to room
