Full Job Description

Siloam Hospitals Lippo Cikarang (SHLC) is a hospital unit under the umbrella of PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk. The Hospital began operating since 2002 by pocketing the 2012 version of KARS accreditation standards, and began serving BPJS health patients since November 2014 1. Greet, receive, and register both new and returning patients in accordance with established standard operating procedures. 2. Provide accurate information regarding physicians' schedules, clinic availability, and medical service cost estimates. 3. Direct and guide patients to the appropriate clinics or medical units based on their healthcare needs. 4. Input and update patient demographic and medical records into the hospital information system with high precision. 5. Handle minor patient complaints effectively and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution ## Qualifications 1. Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major (Hospital Administration, Public Health, or Communications preferred). 2. Proficient in computer operations, specifically Microsoft Office, corporate email management, and HMIS (Hospital Management Information System). 3. Sound knowledge of patient registration administration, including BPJS Healthcare procedures, general billing, private insurance schemes, and referral systems. 4.Demonstrates fast, meticulous, and highly accurate typing skills. 5. Possesses excellent interpersonal communication, customer service, and public speaking skills. ## Additional Information SHLC's flagship services are occupational health and emergency services equipped with modern ambulances.
