What You'll Achieve.
Set the tone for world class Total Patient Experience; Ensure completion of insurance authorizations; Ensure accurate flow sheets; Ensure efficient patient flow; Maximize efficiency and customer service
Industry & Context.
Travel to other locations may be required, Physical activities: walking, sitting, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, Lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 lbs, Fine motor skills and full use of hands, Visual and auditory acuity, Occasional driving or climbing may be necessary
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent combination of education and experience, Favorable result on background check as required by state, Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States
Nice to Have
Previous medical office experience, Previous ophthalmic experience
