What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent combination of education and experience, Favorable result on background check as required by state, Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States

Nice to Have

Previous medical office experience, previous ophthalmic experience strongly preferred

Perform administrative responsibilities

Create smooth check-in/out experience

Build relationships with patients

Deliver great service and support

Provide exceptional customer service

Double check insurance authorizations

Collect correct payments

Complete daily reconciliations

Countdown cash drawer

Comply with company policies

General office duties
