What You'll Do.

Coordinate smooth patient flow process

Schedule patient appointments

Provide registration of patient and insurance information

Obtain required signatures

Verify insurance coverage

Validate referrals and authorizations

Collect patient liability

Provide financial guidance to patients

Accurately post patients at point of service

Release information in accordance with policies

Perform registration/check-in processes

Enter payments/charges for services

Perform daily payment/charge reconciliation

Prepare daily bank deposit

Schedule office visits and procedures

Confirm patient appointments

Respond to requests for patient medical records

Assist in patient treatment
