Must Have
Knowledge of patient financial services, financial, collecting services or insurance industry experience processes normally acquired over one or more years of work experience, Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision and to work independently, Interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills to effectively interact with a wide range of audiences, Knowledge in the use of common office software, word processing, spreadsheet, and database software

Work experience with the Company’s systems and processes, Previous cash collections experience
What You'll Do.
Coordinate smooth patient flow process
Schedule patient appointments
Provide registration of patient and insurance information
Obtain required signatures
Verify insurance coverage
Validate referrals and authorizations
Collect patient liability
Provide financial guidance to patients
Accurately post patients at point of service
Release information in accordance with policies
Perform registration/check-in processes
Enter payments/charges for services
Perform daily payment/charge reconciliation
Prepare daily bank deposit
Schedule office visits and procedures
Confirm patient appointments
Respond to requests for patient medical records
Assist in patient treatment
