Ensure patients have a positive experience; Maximize medical services reimbursement efforts; Maximize reimbursement by scheduling patients in accordance with payor plan provisions; Ensure appropriateness and timeliness of each patient’s care

Eligibility Requirements

Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at the time of hire and maintain the card for the duration of their employment, Arizona Criminal History Affidavit must be signed upon hire

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge, Knowledge of patient financial services, financial, collecting services or insurance industry experience processes normally acquired over one or more years of work experience, Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision, Ability to work independently, Interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills to effectively interact with a wide range of audiences, Knowledge in the use of common office software, word processing, spreadsheet, and database software

Nice to Have

Work experience with the Company’s systems and processes, Previous cash collections experience, Additional related education and/or experience

What You'll Do.

Perform registration/check-in processes

Verify insurance eligibility benefits

Calculate and collect patient liability

Explain financial policies

Enter payments/charges for services

Perform daily payment/charge reconciliation

Prepare daily bank deposit

Schedule office visits and procedures

Confirm patient appointments

Respond to requests for patient medical records

Provide a variety of patient services
