Not only do we offer aggressive compensation and benefit packages, but we offer a culture that is unsurpassed! **Job Summary** : The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for accurate and timely patient registration utilizing medical systems. This individual will utilize facility medical necessity tool to verify appropriate patient insurance coverage. This work will need to be performed according to established policies and procedures. The associate will provide exceptional customer service to physicians, patients, family members and all other medical professionals. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries. * Notes patient arrival in Practice Management System (EMR). * Identifies patients by date of birth and name in computer system and creates new account if patient is not in the system. * Prepares necessary patient paperwork prior to patient’s appointment. * Calls “No Show” appointments to reschedule, makes appropriate notations in Practice Management System and sends letters
