And now, Conscious Hotels Westerpark is looking for a Front Office Host. During your shift, you are the shining face of the hotel. You take care of everything: checking in guests, helping with the self check-in system, giving the best Amsterdam tips, and effortlessly selling a bike rental or sustainable goodies. You love chatting with guests, making a perfect coffee (or tea), and making sure everyone leaves with a smile. Here, the front desk isn’t the only place you shine – you also froth milk like a pro. You work independently, stay on top of things, and handle whatever comes your way – from late check-ins to a friendly chat at the bar. Join the team at Conscious Hotels Westerpark! ## Requirements Job requirements and personal qualities: * You are looking for a nice part time job; * Front office host and barista in one – now that’s multitasking with a smile; * Hospitality is in your DNA – you can sense exactly what a guest needs; * Ideally, you have experience in (international) hotels or the hospitality industry – to provide the best service for our guests; * Flexible availability – Including weekends and holidays; * You speak fluent English. If you also speak Dutch, that’s a nice bonus; * Preferably, you live in or near Amsterdam; * You are a team player but also work well independently; * Experience with complaint handling and knowledge of HACCP is a plus.
