associate degree preferred, Experience working in a university, multicultural, or student-facing environment preferred
What You'll Do.
Serve as the primary front-line representative
Respond to inquiries in person
Support international student services
study abroad initiatives
and culturally responsive office environment
Coordinate front office operations
Monitor and maintain office supply inventory
Maintain accurate records of office traffic
Assist with document routing
Identify recurring student concerns or operational trends
Provide administrative and operational support
Perform additional duties as assigned
