What You'll Do.
Welcome Guests and New Team Members
Ensure NDA submission
Receive documents from suppliers
Manage and distribute ID Cards
Provide biometrics access
Correspond with Team Members
Assist guests with visitor Wi-Fi
Maintain lobby upkeep
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
coordinate with Team Members for deliveries; coordinate with Facilities and Office of the Executive team; Work directly with the Travel Manager
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
