This person is highly organized and proactive, with a strong ability to manage hygiene schedules, fill open appointments, and support recare systems through thoughtful and consistent patient outreach. They are comfortable making outbound calls and understand how important follow-up is in maintaining continuity of care. We are seeking someone who can multitask, pivot quickly, and stay focused in a fast-paced environment. Schedule changes, provider preferences, and evolving patient needs do not overwhelm them — instead, they adapt with calm efficiency and a positive attitude. Strong communication skills are essential. This role requires professional phone etiquette, timely email management, and clear documentation handling to keep the office running smoothly behind the scenes.
