We invite you to be part of our story. About Aethos Saragano Aethos Saragano is a medieval stone village nestled between olive groves and vineyards in the Umbrian countryside. With 15 renovated suites throughout the town, a pool, a Spa, and our very own restaurant, "Ceci," we are preserving the medieval character of the village and adding elements of contemporary design. We want to create a special place in the middle of the Umbrian hills that invites our guests to enjoy the authentic Italian way of life.
