**Optimal** , on behalf of a newly established **boutique hotel** in **Amorgos** is seeking a **Front Office** **Agent** for the 2026 season. **Scope of role** With a limited number of suites and a highly personalized guest experience, the successful candidate will play a key role in creating memorable first and last impressions, ensuring seamless guest journeys from arrival to departure. **Key Responsibilities** * Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures in a professional and friendly manner. * Handle guest requests, inquiries, and reservations, ensuring a high level of service and attention to detail. * Provide information about the property, island attractions, and available services. * Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. * Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information through the Property Management System. * Willingness to participate in occasional night shifts and support night audit procedures -with training provided by the company- will be considered an asset. **Requirements** * Previous experience in Front Office operations within the hospitality industry. * Good command of the English language; additional languages will be considered an asset. * Familiarity with Property Management Systems. * Excellent communication and guest service skills. * Team spirit and willingness to contribute to a small, close-knit team. **The Company Offers** * A pleasant and professional working environment. * Competitive remuneration package. * Accommodation and daily meals. * A unique opening experience in one of Greece’s most beautiful island destinations. **About Optimal** Since 2005, Optimal has provided unparalleled, bespoke HR services to large organizations and SMEs operating in the EMEA region.
