What You'll Do.
Greet and welcome guests
Perform check-in and check-out procedures
Provide information and respond to inquiries
Handle guest requests and complaints
Process room reservations
Assign rooms based on guest preferences
Upsell room upgrades and additional services
Promote Hotel Facilities
Manage billing processes
Collect payments and issue invoices
Process other financial transactions
Maintain accurate transaction records
Answer incoming phone calls and emails
Liaise with other departments
Maintain a working knowledge of hotel offerings
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Keep guest records up to date
Prepare daily reports
Address guest feedback
Report service improvement opportunities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Liaise with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, food and beverage) to ensure seamless guest service; Managing interactions with both guests and team members
