United with 10up – now the brand of our WordPress practice – we are a 300+ person team that has designed and built hundreds of digital products and experiences for brands like Google, Apple, The New York Times, ESPN, Victoria’s Secret, MGM Resorts, Albertsons, and CLEAR. As a Front-End Web Engineer at Fueled, you will provide critical technical support and consultation to clients and internal teams across a wide array of web properties. While you will be a versatile problem-solver who can navigate the broader WordPress ecosystem, we expect you to be an authority on front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project support environment. Intentionally remote and globally distributed across six continents, our team thrives in a culture that values flexibility, creativity, and cutting-edge technology. Together, we’re shaping the future of digital experiences. What you will do: Provide front-line technical support: Actively monitor and respond to client support tickets, triage bugs, clarify UI/UX requirements, and maintain strong, empathetic live communication skills. Support diverse, high-volume projects: Work across a large portfolio of concurrent client projects. You will frequently switch contexts throughout the day to resolve varying support requests, implement quick fixes, and push feature updates without sacrificing quality.
