Our engineering team has created a highly scalable and modular platform for businesses to customize to their unique needs. We recognize the uniqueness of each operator and are committed to supporting their vision and goals. ## Qualifications Expectations – the experience you need * React 18 (5+ years): Deep understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, rendering behavior, performance optimization, SSR patterns, and large-scale application architecture * TypeScript: Strong proficiency with strict mode, generics, utility types, and enforcing type safety across a large codebase * State Management: Hands-on experience with MobX (v5/v6) and understanding of server-state management using TanStack Query; experience with Redux * API Integration: Experience working with RESTful APIs and type-safe layers * Real-time Communication: Experience working with WebSocket APIs for real-time data * Styling: Experience with CSS-in-JS solutions such as Emotion; understanding of theming and style composition * Component Libraries: Experience working with modern UI libraries (e.g.
