Must Have
5+ years of professional experience as a Front-end Software, Expert-level React and TypeScript, Enterprise UI framework expertise (Radix UI, shadcn/ui, or similar), Design system implementation and component library, Responsive and mobile-first design (cross-device layouts and adaptive interfaces), Modern CSS architecture (CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, styled-components, etc. ), visual design sense and UI/UX, API integration with. NET backend services (REST), Understanding of. NET API patterns and data, AWS frontend infrastructure knowledge (CloudFront, S3, Amplify), Accessibility standards (WCAG compliance, semantic HTML, ARIA), Modern frontend architecture patterns and state management (Zustand, Jotai, Context API, or similar), Performance optimization and bundle management (Webpack, Vite), Familiarity with animation and micro-interaction libraries when needed (Motion, GSAP, or similar), Real-time data handling and WebSocket, Frontend testing frameworks (Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright), Git workflow and CI/CD pipelines for frontend, Understanding of design tools and workflows (Figma collaboration), Familiarity with AI/LLM feature integration from a frontend, Experience with enterprise content management systems (Strapi, Sitecore)
