**Front End React UI Engineer - (AVP) - Hybrid** **Who We Are Looking For** The Global Experience Design team is building a shared design system and front-end platform that provides reusable components, layouts, design tokens, theming, and UI engineering capabilities to support enterprise digital experiences across State Street. We are seeking a Front End React UI Engineer to help build intuitive, scalable, and high-quality user experiences across the SSDS platform. This role will focus on developing modern front-end applications, reusable UI components, and shared design system capabilities that support enterprise products and front-end teams across the organization. **Why This Role Is Important** SSDS serves as a shared foundation for teams building enterprise applications across the organization. This role is important because it helps ensure shared components, styling patterns, accessibility practices, and front-end standards are implemented consistently and with high quality. The Front End React UI Engineer will contribute to a more unified user experience while helping product teams move faster and build more effectively on shared foundations. **What You Will Be Responsible For** As a Front End React UI Engineer, you will: * Build and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant front-end applications, reusable UI components, and design system capabilities for SSDS. * Translate product, UX, and business requirements into clean, maintainable, and reusable UI components and application features. * Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver workflow-driven user experiences in an iterative, product-led environment. * Develop front-end integrations with APIs, shared services, and platform capabilities. * Contribute to reusable design systems, front-end standards, and engineering best practices. * Help implement agent-assisted and AI-enabled user experiences with a focus on clarity, trust, transparency, and usability. * Write w
