Must Have
Basic math skills required
Nice to Have
Prior leadership experience preferred, Prior Membership or sales knowledge and experience preferred, Prior cashier experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Supervise front line operations
Motivate team members
Drive membership metrics
Drive member engagement
Train frontline Team Members
Provide input on evaluation
Utilize reports to drive performance
Perform front end responsibilities
Process Member escalated service issues
Assist Members in a timely manner
Backup Membership Sales Ambassadors
Scan club merchandise
Ensure accurate inventory counts
Ensure accurate purchase totals
Manage self-checkout lanes
Assist Members with operations
Assist Members with technical difficulties
Stay up-to-date on promotions
Stay up-to-date on advertisements
Stay up-to-date on product information
Supervise cleanliness of member servicing areas
Navigate within system applications
Track daily club operations
Monitor daily club operations
Perform other duties as assigned
Work in other departments
Maintain club policies
Maintain club procedures
