Model excellent Member service
Drive membership metrics
Drive member engagement
Train frontline Team Members
Motivate frontline Team Members
Recognize frontline Team Members
Provide input on evaluation
Utilize Cashier Observation Forms
Utilize Cashier Productivity Boards
Utilize membership metrics reports
Perform front end responsibilities
Handle Member escalated service issues
Ensure Members are assisted
Act as backup for cashiers
Act as backup for Membership Sales Ambassadors
Scan club merchandise
Ensure accurate inventory counts
Ensure accurate purchase totals
Manage self-checkout lanes
Manage scan and pan lanes
Assist Members with operations
Assist Members with technical difficulties
Stay up-to-date on merchandise promotions
Stay up-to-date on advertisements
Stay up-to-date on product information
Discount purchases by redeeming coupons
Supervise cleanliness of front areas
Navigate within system applications
Utilize online task management system
Track daily club operations
Monitor daily club operations
Work in other departments
Maintain club policies
Maintain club procedures
