Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field—or equivalent experience, 5 + years of professional front-end development, Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js), hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including component development and the AEM authoring/publishing lifecycle, Experience with Adobe Cloud Manager for CI/CD pipeline management, environment configuration, and deployment workflows, Proficiency with Git, including managing multiple remotes, branch strategies, and resolving merge conflicts across internal and vendor repositories, Proficiency in responsive design, mobile-first UI, and modern CSS architecture (Flexbox, Grid, BEM, SASS/SCSS, or similar), Experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs and working with asynchronous JavaScript patterns, Understanding of front-end performance optimization (code splitting, lazy loading, Lighthouse audits, web vitals), Familiarity with Webpack and related front-end build tooling, Experience collaborating with external agencies and internal cross-functional teams, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues

Nice to Have

Experience working in an Agile development environment, Familiarity with web accessibility (WCAG) standards and SEO best practices, Awareness of AEM-specific technologies such as HTL/Sightly, Sling models, OSGi components, client libraries, and dispatcher caching, Basic understanding of Java back-end AEM development for effective collaboration with back-end developers, previous senior or lead responsibilities preferred
