Role Overview As the Front Door Waste Technician, you’ll manage daily waste collection and onsite disposal for a multifamily apartment community, ensuring clean, safe, and well‑maintained common areas and resident spaces. Waste Collection take appropriate action when identified. Clean spills, surrounding doorsteps, sidewalks, parking lots, and compactor areas. Follow all department productivity requirements to complete routes efficiently. Adhere to EPA, OSHA, and all company safety policies and procedures.
