standing and moving about on hard surfaces, bending, pulling, reaching, stooping, climbing ladders/step stools, occasional lifting up to 30 lbs, Exposure to both indoor and outdoor temperatures, Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.

providing superior customer service to members
resolving member concerns
escalating issues to management
maintaining AP Alert Binder
following BEST procedures
auditing Curbside Pick-up
auditing Same Day Delivery
ensuring execution of repack awareness guidelines
monitoring member and visitor traffic
responding to EAS alarms
maintaining safety standards
processing empty water jug return vouchers
maintaining club policies and procedures
working in other departments as needed
