Address guest complaints

Train staff on procedures
Train staff on systems
Train staff on service standards
Organize Front Desk meetings
Organize communication updates
Create Front Desk schedules
Manage Front Desk schedules
Ensure smooth check-in
Handle incoming calls
Handle outgoing calls
Respond to guest inquiries
Maintain accurate room availability records
Maintain accurate guest account records
Maintain accurate folio records
Prepare daily credit limit reports
Prepare daily cash summary reports
Review daily arrivals
Review daily departures
Ensure readiness for arrivals
Ensure accuracy for arrivals
Coordinate with housekeeping
